It's funny, in Greece, they don't eat...Yum! It's funny, in Greece, they don't eat salad like this. TRUE Greek salad has no lettuce. It's cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and olives mixed together in a huge bowl. Then they put on a HUGE rectangular slab of feta cheese and dowse the entire thing in olive oil. It's delicious, I love eating cucumbers and tomatoes with feta and olive oil now.
